The Terms of Reference will be developed by the Finance Committee, but will basically cover:

• assessment of value of current products and services;
• consideration of current and future markets;
• identification of opportunities to raise revenue (thinking laterally); 
• appraisal of the feasibility of the opportunities, and the predicted order of revenue, risk and timing;
• recommendation on options, and development of strategies and relevant business plans; this will include identification of appropriate business partners;
• relate recommendations to the Annual Business Plan and Budget.
