1. To work with our international partners: International Financing Institutions (IFI’s), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Transparency International (TI), in the development of a demand-side Integrity Management process to complement FIDIC’s supply side efforts.
2. To assist the Executive Committee on matters related to Integrity Management and emerging international initiatives.
3. To promote the use of the Business Integrity Management System (BIMS) as the effective tool of corporate governance in curbing corruption.
4. To follow up and support BIMS training and implementation programmes among Member Association’s membership of consulting firms.
5. To support the formation and effective functioning of a BIMS Users Forum.
6. To liaise, in conjunction with the Secretariat, with organizations with interest in Business Integrity Management.
