The Terms of Reference
  1. To advise the EC on matters related to Quality, preparing documentation as required.
  2. To collect and publish information on experience in Quality Management within the consulting industry, including training programmes.
  3. To promote the concept of continuous improvement.
  4. To promote and advise on an application of Quality Management in providing services to clients; and developing an efficient and effective engineering consultancy industry.
  5. Develop appropriate guidelines to internationals standards for use in the consulting sector.
