---------------------------------------- FIDIC Strategic Survey 2004 ---------------------------------------- MA Letter 05/04 Sent to FIDIC Member Associations in February 2004 for replies by 1 May 2004. Dear Colleagues, The FIDIC Executive Committee is asking Member Associations to kindly complete the very short questionnaire given below. Its two questions aim to identify the top five forces and the top five threats that are affecting the consulting industry in each country. The results will form part of FIDIC's five-year strategic review that is being carried out by the Strategic Review Task Force to identify key objectives and corresponding actions. Associations are asked to make every possible effort to complete the survey. Their input is essential for establishing our industry's mission, vision and objectives. The questions do not require an internal survey of member firms. They can be answered by association Board Members or Directors and Secretaries who might wish to consult colleagues. The survey form is available from the survey website (http://www.fidic.org/survey2004) as a Word version as a simple TEXT version for word processors, and as a print-friendly PDF version that can be printed, manually filled in and then faxed to the FIDIC (+41 22 799 49 01). Alternatively, this TEXT version can be filled in and returned to FIDIC by email (fidic@fidic.org) The survey website at http://www.fidic.org/survey2004 gives background information, copies of the survey form for downloading, and more importantly, continuously updated survey results. Thank you for your cooperation. Jorge Diaz Padilla Vice-President Chair, Strategic Review Task Force ---------------------------------------- SURVEY FORM 1.
