Passcodes (for the chair and for participants) are given on FIDIC Internal (a Sign In username and Password assigned by FIDIC is needed to access Internal).

- Recordings

Recordings of  the teleconferencing session are sent to info@peterboswell.com

Participants access the meeting room by clicking on the link in the email message or by clicking www.livemeeting.com/cc/btconferencing3/join and entering the Meeting ID (e.g. W36J63) and Meeting Key (e.g.,cf}45\W) that were given in the email

Participants dial in to +44 (0) 87 02 40 39 36 (a UK telephone number) or to a local number taken from a list of BT MeetMe GlobalAccess numbers

Participant passcode:
Passcodes for participants are given in the email message sent to participants and on FIDIC Internal (a Sign In username and Password assigned by FIDIC is needed to access Internal).

 
There is:

• a limit of 40 participants;
• all charges are met by FIDIC;
• it is not necessary to book a teleconference in advance.
