Hotel bookings at the special group rate (obtained by entering the promotional code = GRFID1 on the Fairmont website) are only available at the two conference hotels for the promotional period (arrival on or after Tuesday, 24 September and departure on or before Friday, 4 October).

If you require rooms outside these dates you must make separate bookings. The special conference rates (including neither a 17% tax nor a US $6.50 per person, per night charge) for 24 September to 4 October are:
