Room rates are given in USD at a special conference rate. Costs are per night (single or double room) and do not include meals, taxes and gratuities. Please allow for a non-refundable 17% service tax on rates plus USD 6.50 per person, per night.

CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations can only be secured by payment by credit card.
Accommodation will only be guaranteed if reservations and deposits are received before 1 June 2002.
Reservations and credit card guarantees received after 1 June 2002 will be handled, but the desired accommodation and/or special rates cannot be guaranteed.
Payment of a deposit equivalent to a one-night stay is necessary.
In case of a “no show”, deposits will be forfeited and the credit card will be charged for one night (any remaining nights will be cancelled).
