Visa invitation letter form
FIDIC 2005 participants are asked to book hotel accommodation directly with
a hotel. To obtain the special conference rates, please fax
a completed booking form to the hotel of your choice.
A one-night refundable deposit is required. This should be paid by credit
card by giving card details on the booking form. In exceptional cases,
payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer. In this case, please
fax your booking form to FIDIC (+41-22-799 49 01) and arrange for a bank
transfer to FIDIC equivalent to the full accommodation plus a USD 20 fee to cover
bank charges. For reservations after 1 July 2005.
The special conference rate will only be guaranteed for
bookings received before 1 July 2005. After this date participants will be
referred to the hotel. Generally speaking, the conference rate is slightly
better than rates being offered on the Internet, subject to availability.
There
may be rooms available after 1 July 2005 at rates that are very close to those
guaranteed by the conference. But this is not certain. Participants are
therefore encouraged to book before the 1 July 2005 at the conference rate using
the registration form.
