FIDIC 2006 participants are asked to book hotel accommodation directly with
a hotel. To obtain the conference rates, please fax
or email
a completed booking form to the hotel of your choice. Reservations and
payment must be completed by 15 August 2005
to profit from the conference rate. Generally speaking, the conference rate
is subject to availability.
A one-night refundable deposit is required. This should be paid by credit
card by giving card details on the booking form. In exceptional cases, and
upon request, payment of the deposit can possibly be made by bank transfer. In this case, please
fax your booking form to FIDIC (+41-22-799 49 01) and arrange for a bank
transfer to FIDIC equivalent to the full accommodation plus a Euro 20 fee to
cover bank charges. All prices include breakfast and taxes. The full
amount owing for the booking will be debited from the credit card on
15 August 2006, and will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation
or no-show.
