FIDIC 2007 participants can book hotel accommodation
at the special conference rates through CMA which is acting for the
conference organizers. To obtain the conference rates in the five
conference hotels, you will need to fax
or email a completed booking form (available
online) to CMA. Reservations and
payment must be completed 30 days before the start of your stay, and not
later than by 7 August 2007,
to profit from the conference rates. Generally speaking, the conference rate
is subject to availability, and may not be the most advantageous.
A one-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation at the conference
hotels. The deposit can be paid by credit
card by giving card details on the booking form, by bank transfer, or bank draft or bank
cheque in SGD drawn on a Singapore bank. Prices listed on the booking
form do not include taxes totalling 18% and breakfast is not included
in the conference rates. The one-night deposit guarantee is refunded
in the case of a cancellation before 7 August 2007. In the case of a no-show, the deposit will be
forfeit; this may also be the case for a change in the reservation
made after 7 August 2007.
