Most FIDIC 2005 participants and accompanying persons will need to apply for an entry
visa to China. Please contact the nearest Chinese mission for details of visa requirements. Contact details of Chinese
Embassies, Consulates General, Missions to International Organizations and Representative Offices are available online at
www.fmprc.gov.cn/eng/wjb/zwjg/. The usual requirements are:
- a valid and actual passport, that must have at least six (6) months validity left before expiration, and at least one (1)
blank page left in it;
- a completed visa application form with two (2) passport photos (either black and white or
colour). Forms can often be downloaded from Chinese mission websites;
- an invitation letter from the Chinese host organization, CNAEC.
Please complete and send this form (PDF
version), one form per participant and per accompanying
person/s to CNAEC, which will send a visa invitation letter, usually by fax, occasionally by mail. So
please give your fax number and a postal address for contacts.
