Registration
Registration will only be valid if all fees are paid in advance. The
conference organizers will forward acknowledgement of the receipt
and confirmation of conference registrations by fax or e-mail.
Requests for reservations will be handled on a first come-first
served basis. While every effort will be made to keep to the
published programme, the organizers reserve the right to change
times and venues. Tours and events are based on a minimum of
participants and may be either merged with an equivalent tour or
cancelled. Late registration of participants, accompanying persons
and exhibitors is possible after the 5 September 2007, via FIDIC,
and at the conference venue on Sunday - Wednesday, 9 - 12 September
2007. The prices will be the same as those indicated for the period
after the 15 July 2007, plus a 10% service charge. This possibility
does not exist for most optional events, for extra tickets for
conference event, and for the 3- and 4-day post-conference tours, which
must be booked and paid for by 15 August 2007. The availability of
places for the social programme, accompanying person's programme and
post-conference tours is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and registration changes
Partial or full cancellations received in writing before 15 July
2007 by mail or fax will be refunded less an administration fee (pro
rata, based on USD 150 for a full-conference registration) if
payment is also received by this date. Payments and cancellations
received in writing between 15 July 2007 and the 15 August 2007 will be entitled
to a 50% refund. No refunds are available for payments received
after 15 August 2007. Refunds will be processed after the
conference. |
