To facilitate applications, those participants needing an official invitation
letter sent by the host organization ACES-Singapore in order to apply for a visa should
send a completed visa invitation form [ PDF version ], one for each participant and
accompanying person/s, to CMA, which will send an invitation letter. CMA is
providing this service on behalf of ACES. Participants coming from countries
listed on app.ica.gov.sg
will require visas. Visas can
be granted by Singapore embassies and consulates, which are listed at www.mfa.gov.sg
under: Singapore Missions Worldwide. Visa application forms can be downloaded from

under: Application Form for a Visa. The usual requirements are:
a valid and actual passport, that must have at least six months validity left before expiration, and at least one
blank page left in it; a completed visa application form with two passport photos (either black and white or
colour); an invitation letter from the host organization, ACES.
Please complete and send this form, one form per participant and per accompanying
person/s to CMA, which will send a visa invitation letter, usually by fax, occasionally by mail. So
please give your fax number and a postal address for contacts.
