Prices, in EURO, are for bookings at the early and normal rates made before and after 15 July 2008. For registrations after 5 September 2008, please add 10% to all prices. 
 
Registrations for the full conference and for one-day registrations are accepted up to the conference. Bookings for optional events and extra tickets are only accepted if  they accompany a registration for the full conference, a one-day conference registration, or registration in the FIDIC DBO Contract Seminar (Chateau Frontenac; Thursday, 11 September 2008). Payment for bookings for optional events and for extra tickets must be settled by 1 September 2008. For registrations without optional items and extra tickets, payment can be accepted up until the conference. Reservations are subject to availability. Payment, is by credit card. Payment by bank transfer will only be accepted for exceptional cases (please contact fidic@fidic.org).

Payment generally by credit card in EURO. Payment by bank transfer may be accepted in exceptional circumstances, and upon request by contacting FIDIC before arranging payment: For FIDIC authorised payment by bank transfer, please add EURO 20 for bank charges; any extraordinary bank charges arising from special handling will be invoiced separately.

Terms and Conditions
Registration
Registration will only be valid if all fees are paid in advance. The conference organizers will forward acknowledgement of the receipt and confirmation of conference registrations by fax or e-mail. Requests for reservations will be handled on a first come-first served basis. While every effort will be made to keep to the published programme, the organizers reserve the right to change times and venues. Tours and events are based on a minimum of participants and may be either merged with an equivalent tour or cancelled. Late registration of participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors is possible after the 5 September 2008, via FIDIC, and at the conference venue on Sunday - Wednesday, 9 - 12 September 2008. The prices will be the same as those indicated for the period after the 15 July 2008, plus a 10% service charge. This possibility does not exist for most optional events and for extra tickets for conference events, which must be booked and paid for by 1 September 2008. The availability of places for the social programme and the accompanying person's programme not guaranteed.
 
Cancellations and registration changes
Partial or full cancellations received in writing before 15 July 2008 by mail or fax will be refunded less an administration fee (pro rata, based on EURO 10 for a full-conference registration) if payment is also received by this date. Payments and cancellations received in writing between 15 July 2008 and the 15 August 2008 will be entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds are available for payments received after 15 August 2008. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
