Robin Crouch, who chairs the Conference Committee, is asking Member Associations, Affiliate and Sustaining Members, Correspondents and members of FIDIC committees, tasks forces and forums to fill in and return the attached survey questionnaire on the FIDIC Annual Conference.

Your response is vital to ensure that the conference remains the consulting engineering industry’s premier networking event and a main venue for presenting the industry to clients and partners. 

The survey questionnaire will also be sent to participants at the last five conferences, and to all those who have been in direct contact with FIDIC these past few years.

Please send your replies by 19 July 2004, if possible, as this will give the committee time to introduce responses into the planning for the 2005 (Beijing) and 2006 (Budapest) events.

You will see from the questionnaire that the committee is aiming to carry out a very thorough evaluation, for the first time, of the views of participants, both past and potential. The questionnaire is therefore fairly long. We apologise for this, and ask for your understanding.
