For further information, contact Cornerstone Seminars:
FIDIC has, over the years, issued a number of standard documents for use on construction projects. The contracts which are currently in most common use around the world are: the Conditions of Contract for Construction; the Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build; the Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects.

This two-day workshop and seminar has been designed to offer a complete up-to-date review of the effective understanding and use of the FIDIC contracts currently in use. The programme involves "hands-on" workshops and discussion sessions designed for practioneers experienced in the FIDIC contracts.

Seminar tutors: The two seminar leaders are highly qualified in their experience of the FIDIC contracts and are both authors of publications on the contract conditions.
  • Edward Corbett is the Principal of Corbett & Co, a practice specialising in international construction law.
  • Nael Bunni is a Chartered Engineer, Registered Chartered Arbitrator and Conciliator.
Seminar documentation: All seminar participants will receive full written documentation for the seminar together with copies of the relevant FIDIC contracts that will be referred to during the seminar.

Who should attend?
This seminar and workshop will be of great interest to those actively involved in using FIDIC contracts for international projects, notably representatives of funding agencies, insurers and legal advisers.
