Terms and Conditions

Registrations: participants may register offline
using a registration form returned by fax or mail to FIDIC, with
payment by bank transfer or credit card, or online with
payment by credit card (see "Online registration" link above).
- Payment receipts: all registered participants will
receive an acknowledgement of registration, together with
confirmation of payment.

Cancellations: a 50% cancellation fee (to cover
administration) will be charged for cancellations received with
seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the workshop.
Cancellations received on the day of the workshop will
incur the full workshop fee..

Cancellation: the organizers reserve the right to
cancel the event if it is under subscribed or for any other reason.
In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to give participants
two weeks notice and the fee will be refunded in full. We cannot be
held liable for any prebooked travel or accommodation costs.

Hotel accommodation: Participants will be
responsible for organising their own hotel accommodation and payment
thereof.
