USERS AGREEMENT FOR AUTHORISED ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF 
FIDIC DOCUMENTS SUPPLIED AS A PRODUCT DIRECTORY IN:
- SINGLE-PRODUCT DIRECTORIES 
- A MULTI-PRODUCT COLLECTION OF DIRECTORIES
BY DOWNLOAD OR BY EMAIL, OR COPIED FROM A CD.

You been supplied with a compressed product directory 
archive or an uncompressed product directory containing 
the various files that make up a FIDIC electronic product 
directory.

A protected whole-document or part-document Portable
Document Format (PDF) file is contained in each product
directory. This PDF may be:
- FileOpen-encrypted (called "_enc.pdf"; installation
allows printing for a given number of pages over a
specified  period of time);
- unencrypted but protected (e.g., a password may be
required to open the file);
- unencrypted and optionally watermarked as a Special
Edition with the user's organization and optionally a
print-until date.

Your organization agrees with the following terms and  
conditions for using the product directory: 

A. Directories with encrypted documents

A.1. Printing of the FileOpen-encrypted document PDF file

That the installed encrypted PDF file can be printed the
designated number of times.

That these printed versions can be included in proposals, 
contracts and other formal documents provided these 
documents are for use by the purchaser.

A.2. Installation rights

Encrypted files are supplied on condition that users
undertake best effort to install using full local
administrator rights for the FileOpen installer.

A.3. Dissemination

The FileOpen encrypted PDF file can only be installed
once on a single computer.

A.4. Part-document and other files

That any user-accessible part-document files and any user-
accessible files designated such as, for example, "f" for 
"forms" can only be used during the authorized access time 
of the corresponding encrypted PDF file.

A.5. Agreement

Installation of the encrypted PDF file implies acceptance 
of this Agreement.


B. Directories with unencrypted protected documents 

B.1. Printing of the PDF file

For protected documents: that these printed versions
can be included in proposals, contracts and other
formal documents provided these documents are for
use by the purchaser.

For documents available by unrestricted download:
that these printed versions can be included in proposals,
contracts and other formal documents provided these
documents are for use by a licenced organization or is
working in conjunction with a licenced organization
where the licence agreement with FIDIC permits joint use.

B.2. Dissemination

That any procedure for opening a protected document 
PDF file can only be used by the purchaser.

B.3. Part-document and other files

That any user-accessible document files and any user-
accessible files designated such as, for example, "f" for 
"forms" that are supplied with an encrypted or otherwise
protected file can only be used by the purchaser.

B.4. Agreement

Opening the whole-document PDF file implies acceptance
of this Agreement.
