| FIDIC Contracts Survey 2001 |
| FIDIC, the International Federation of Consulting
Engineers, seeks information from users of its standard conditions of
contracts in order to identify industry needs. The survey was carried out in collaboration with the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) which surveyedmembers on the use of FIDIC, NEC, ICE, JCT, GC WORKS and IChemE contracts.
