The Business Integrity Management Clearing House at IntegrityManagement.org maintains online resources for the implementation of integrity management in industry. It is coordinated by the FIDIC Integrity Management Committee. Directory

FIDIC has developed Business Integrity Management System (BIMS) for supply side procurement an Government Procurement Integrity Management System (GPIMS) for public, demand-side procurement.
 
 Surveys
 
The FIDIC 2007 Business Integrity Management System (BIMS) survey forms was reported at the FIDIC 2007 Singapore Conference PDF. See also survey website: FIDIC.org/BIMS07
 
The 2007 and 2005 surveys showed that 130 and 50 major firms, respectively, have implemented BIMS (PPT presentation). Details of the survey are available on the FIDIC.org/BIM05 survey website.

 FIDIC Contracts and Agreements  
   
FIDIC contracts for works and agreements for professional services provide powerful tools for dealing with corruption. GIACC recommends that business contrcats should cover 11 issues. A FIDIC text indicates how the the FIDIC Construction Contract and the FIDIC Client-Consultant Model Services Agreement meet the requirements.  
   
 Multilateral Development Bank Harmonised Construction Contract
 
The MDBs licensed the FIDIC Construction Contract,1st Edition 1999, for use in their Master Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) for Works. The MDB harmonised version of the Contract contains an anticorruption clause. The contract is available in the World Bank Works SBD.

 Business Integrity Management background report
 
The basis for the draft guidelines for a BIMS were prepared by Professor Mark Pieth (University of Basel, Switzerland) under contract to the World Bank, with FIDIC's Integrity Management Task Force acting as the contracting authority.
