House at IntegrityManagement.org maintains online resources for the
implementation of integrity management in industry. It is coordinated
by the FIDIC Integrity Management Committee. Directory
FIDIC has developed Business Integrity Management System (BIMS) for
supply side procurement an Government Procurement Integrity Management
System (GPIMS) for public, demand-side procurement. |

Multilateral Development Bank Harmonised Construction Contract
|

|
|
The MDBs licensed the FIDIC Construction Contract,1st Edition 1999,
for use in their Master Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) for Works.
The MDB harmonised version of the Contract contains an anticorruption
clause. The contract is available in the World Bank Works SBD.

Professor Mark Pieth (University of Basel, Switzerland) under
contract to the World Bank, with FIDIC's Integrity Management
