FIDIC Industry and Member Association Survey 1999

A report of a pilot survey of FIDIC Member Associations: industry statistics and association activities

The pilot survey has been made into a routine Annual Country Survey.

The survey was sent to FIDIC Member Associations (MAs) in July 1999. Associations that have not completed the survey are asked to do so by 15 November 1999 (the questionnaire is available online in the restricted FIDIC Federation Internal area).

The Directors and Secretaries discussed the survey results at their 1999 meeting in The Hague in conjunction with the 1999 FIDIC Annual Conference. It was agreed to form a task group to draft a short annual questionnaire, based on the survey questionnaire, aimed at collecting industry statistics and benchmarking data for Member Association activities. This new questionnaire will replace the FIDIC Annual Country Reports (the 1999 reports are available online).
