This questionnaire aims to collect information regarding the professional indemnity experience within each of the FIDIC Member Associations so that the FIDIC Risk Management Forum can update the
FIDIC Survey of Professional Liability Trends. EFCA have carried out a similar survey within the European associations and their response will be fed into the FIDIC
survey. European associations therefore need not reply to this questionnaire if they have already replied to
EFCA. To complete the questionnaire, there will need to be discussion with the major professional indemnity insurers and lawyers that support y Member Association, as well as collecting information from the firms within your association.
