This questionnaire aimed to collect information regarding the professional indemnity experience within each of the FIDIC Member Associations so that the FIDIC Risk Management Forum could update the FIDIC Survey of Professional Liability Trends. EFCA has carried out a similar survey within the European associations and their response was to be fed into the FIDIC survey. European associations therefore needed not reply to this questionnaire if they have already replied to EFCA.
 
To complete the questionnaire, there needed to be discussion with the major professional indemnity insurers and lawyers that support a Member Association, as well as the collection of information from the firms within an association.
